Session I
Provides biblically based information about praise/worship dance and how it relates to the Body of Christ.
Topics:
* Dance, God's word and the Body of Christ
* Praise, worship and dance
* Biblical praise and worship dance vocabulary
* The different types/styles of biblically based dance
* How each type of dance relates to you and the Body of Christ
* Carrying the anointing
* Ushering in the glory of God
* Allowing God to move through you
* Enhancing your worship/praise dancing gift
Session II
We will put what we learned in session one to practice.
* Warm up exercises and stretches
* Dance technique exercises
* Dance combination based on the vocabulary learned in session one
* Dance choreography
* Praise and Worship
